GRAPES AND WINE PRODUCTION:
It is made with tempranillo grapes from La Rioja Alta, by the Najerilla river basin. The grapes are fermented for 17 days in stainless steel tanks at a regulated temperature. We circulate the grapes on a daily basis from the top to the bottom to extract the beneficial components from the skin of the red grapes. After 1080 days in american and french wooden barrels of 225 liters, the wine is bottled and let to repose for another year in cages.
