GRAPES AND PROCESS:
With viura grapes we elaborated the wine and when it was ready we mixed several herbs in it and let it rest in barrels for at least 2 months before bottling.
In the glass a cherry red color with copper edges is presented. Citrus notes in the aroma are highlighted and bring to mind an orange bark elegantly mixed with wormwood and gentian. Overall, it is adorned with notes of cinnamon, smoked wood and many other aromatic Mediterranean spices.
The mouth is flooded equally with sweet and bitter notes, leaving an orange aftertaste with cinnamon soaked in liquor.
